Patrick W. Schwarz, 47, Columbus, passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014. Pat was born in Columbus, OH to William J. and Phyllis "Jean" (Schultz) Schwarz and is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Danny.
Survivors include his daughters, Tamara Hayes and Lily Schwarz; siblings, Rick (Terry) Schwarz, Linda (Tom) Kleindorfer, Rob (Amy) Schwarz and Tom (Paula) Schwarz; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, August 26, 2014, 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Health Hospice, 180 E Broad Street FL32, Columbus, OH 43215.
