Patsy J. (Brooks) Rice, age 70 of Obetz, OH, passed away Feb. 16, 2018 at Zusman Hospice.
Preceded in death by parents Thomas and Evelyn Brooks; son Nelson Rice; brothers Warren and Howard Brooks; sister Jo Ann Black; niece Wanda Blake; mother-in-law Gertrude Landis.
Patsy is survived by loving husband James; daughter Kristina; sister Nancy (Harry) Toy; sisters-in-law Rita Glenn and Carol Lynn Brooks; beloved puppy Candy; many nieces and nephews.
Patsy graduated from North High School in 1965. She retired from The Ohio Department of Education, Fiscal Dept. with 30 plus years.
Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 at Newcomer, Grove City, starting at 2pm until time of service at 4pm.
