Paul Vermilya

Paul Vermilya, 90, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 at Manor Care of Westerville.
He was born August 7, 1922 in Dayton, son of the late Wright and Manelvia Taylor Vermilya.
In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald.
He was the owner of Vermilya TV for over 50 years and was also a member of the New Albany First Church of the Nazarene.
Paul is survived by his wife, Dalene Shockley Vermilya; son, James (Jeanette) Vermilya; daughter, Suzanne (Darryl) Mayo; brother, Robert Vermilya; sister, Mary Cornelli; seven grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, July 22, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the New Albany First Church of the Nazarene, 6000 Johnstown Rd. New Albany, with visitation one hour prior to services.
Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the New Albany Nazarene Benevolent Fund.
