Izetta Pearl (Kern) Skinner, 88, passed away at Columbus Healthcare Center on October 15, 2014. Born November 5, 1925 in Weston, WV to David and Rosa Propst Kern. Pearl married Robert "Bob" Skinner in 1951 and came to Columbus on Dec. 1st of that year.
Pearl was preceded in death by parents; husband; three brothers and one sister.
Survived by sisters, Wilma (Jack) Hickman of Clarksburg, WV, Shirley (Darrell) Runyon of Lost Creek, WV and Sharon (Ronald) McKnight with whom she made her home in Columbus for the past few years; many nieces and nephews, including, David (Marcy) McKnight, Ronald Keith (Amanda) McKnight and their children, Kyle and Kyleigh and Rex Kern who called her every day. Retired from Woolco.

Visitation Monday, October 20, 2014 from 4-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Concord Cemetery (old), Grove City, OH.
