Peggie J. Carter, 49, passed away August 20, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Clen Spears and mother and father-in-law, William and June Carter.
Peggie is survived by her husband of 32 years, Henry Carter; mother, Dollie Spears; daughters, Kelly (Andy) Tabor and Cathy Carter; grandchildren, Shania, Hailey, Alissa, Kailyn and Alexis; siblings, Clem (Regina) Spears, Jessie (Tammy) Spears, Pam Lyons and Sandy Spears; many nieces and nephews, other family and friends, including special friend, Sandy Ward.

Visitation Monday, August 25, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 10 am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
