Phillip "Joe" Adkins, age 59, passed away Sunday, December 14, 2003 at his residence. Joe was raised in the Wonderland community in Gahanna. Preceded in death by his father, Tillman "Jack"; and brother, Jay. Survived by wife, Roberta; sons, Phillip, Jr. (Sherri), Mark (Carrie) Adkins; daughter, Carla (James) Copley; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; mother, Betty Adkins; brother, John (Sharron) Adkins; many nieces and nephews and other family members. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Rd.,
