He was preceded in death by parents Alice (Smith) Flowers and Robert Flowers, sons William M Flowers and Dustin Lindsey, granddaughter Frankie Flowers. Phillip is survived by Rachel, Kelly, Jessica and Tiffani Flowers, Eric and Jessica Vonshriltz, plus many grandchildren and siblings. He was a loving father and grampa. His love for music and arts will live on through his children and grandchildren. He will always be remembered for his kind of funny jokes and big heart.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Memorial service to follow at 7:00pm.
