Phyllis J. DeLacio, age 68, went to be with the Lord on June 30, 2017. She was born July 23, 1948 in Marshall, IL to the late Dan and Frances Milbourn.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Leonard Milbourn.
Phyllis is survived by her children David, Lisa, Danielle, and Jon (Tina) DeLacio; 14 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother Steve (Patty) Milbourn.
A gathering will be held on Thursday July 6, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City from 6-8pm.
