Phyllis Marie (Burkhart) Leonard, age 82, died Wednesday June 29th, 2016, surrounded by her family. Born March 24, 1934 in Dale, PA.
Preceded in death by parents Harry and Beatrice Burkhart, uncle Grant (Mabel) Berkebile, step-mother Catherine Smith, brothers Kenneth and Marlin Burkhart, husband Donald Leonard, Sr., and son Brian Leonard. Survived by brothers Donald Burkhart and Henry Rex; sons, Gary (Beth) and David (Sarah) Leonard of Phoenix; daughters, Patricia (Kevin) Hysell and Debra Leonard of Columbus; step-son Donald (Shelia) Leonard, Jr. of Groveport; Nancy (Tim) Dagon of Plain City; 22 grand-children, 38 great-grand-children, 2 great-great-grand-children; daughter-in-law, Jean Carol Leonard and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 4-6pm, Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W., 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43213, where a memorial service will be held immediately following at 6:00pm. Pastor Phil Conrad officiating.
