Rachel B. Fugett, 64, passed away October 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Dorothy Self and husband Jerry. She is survived by her children, Michelle (Craig) Bentley, Harvey (Linda) Cantor, Tom Cantor and Tammy Fugett; sister, Della (Russell) Wagner; brother; Charles (Joan) Self; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 11 am until the time of Funeral Service at 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at GreenLawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
