Rachel Yvonne Slane

Rachel Yvonne Slane, age 78 of Johnstown, passed away on March 4, 2020. She was born on March 12, 1941 to the late Harold I. and Doris E. (Wilgus) Worbs in Byhalia, Ohio. Rachel is survived by her loving husband of 58 years Chauncey Slane, daughters Karen (Ron) Zanco and Jennifer (David) Krumel, grandchildren Abigail Bien, Andrew Krumel, Samuel Bien, Megan Krumel, Melissa Krumel and Emma Krumel.
Graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E. Broad St. Columbus, on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:30am at the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Capital City Hospice, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr. #170, Columbus, OH 43231.
She will be forever in our hearts.
