Ralph E. Dowler, Sr., age 80, passed away unexpectedly Sunday February 19, 2017. He was born on July 16, 1936 in Columbus, OH.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Dowler. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He served as a Lieutenant in the Upper Arlington Fire Department. He also served 6 years in the U.S. Army.
Family will receive friends from 1-3pm, Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W., 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 where a memorial service will be held following at 3:00pm.
