Ralph Osborn
June 21, 1930 — December 7, 2018
Ralph "Ozzie" Osborn, age 88, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018. He was born on June 21, 1930 to the late Ross and Helen Osborn.
Ralph graduated from Hamilton High School in 1951 and was an excellent NASCAR race car driver in the 1950's. He leaves many old friends that he still kept in touch with. Ralph was a long time member of First United Methodist Church in Mt. Sterling.
Surviving family includes loving wife Martha; daughter, Debra (Jim) Haughn; son, Richard (Carol) Osborn; nephew, John (Mel) Wilson, ; grandsons, Danny and David Moore; great-granddaughter, Haley Moore.
Preceded in death by sister, Marcella Wilson. Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Newcomer Grove City, 3393 Broadway, where visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be held at a later date at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ralph's memory to OhioHealth Hospice, 800 McConnell Dr, Columbus, OH 43214.
