Raymond L. Jones, Jr., passed away at his residences surrounded by his loving family on Monday, August 18, 2014. Born on February 19, 1923 to the late Raymond L. Sr. and Mabel (Deck) Jones. Survived by wife of 68 years Dolly, sons Steven (Carolyn), Robert (Sandra), and Raymond III (Debbie), sister Nancy Mitchell, niece Pamela, Nephew Michael, grandchildren Bradley, Carissa, and Peter J, special friends: The Millers, The Abernathys, The Salisburys, and the entire congregation at the Immanuel Baptist Church; 3417 Palmetto at Deerer Rds.
One viewing to be held at the church on Thursday, August 21, 2014 between 6:00 and 8:00 PM, also one hour viewing on Friday morning August 22 at 10:00 followed by a short church service and burial at Sunset Cemetery immediately after.
Instead of flowers guests are asked to make a donation to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43215, In Care of Raymond L. Jones, Jr.
Special thanks go out to Nurse Debbie, of Mt. Carmel Home Care, Nurse David, Nurse Ericka, and the entire Hospice Care Team.
