Rebecca Elizabeth Dowell

Rebecca Elizabeth Dowell, October 17, 1989, passed into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, November 15, 2018. She is predeceased by her father, Kenneth Dowell of Hawesville, Kentucky. Rebecca is survived by her children: Carter and Caitriona Dowell, loving mother, Bonnie Svetlick Dowell, brothers: David Dowell, Steven (Traci) Svetlick, Matthew (Amy) Svetlick, sister, Kristina (David) Briggeman and nieces and nephews: Ashley and Addison Svetlick, Elayna Svetlick, Annabella and Wyatt Briggeman as well as many loving extended family and friends.
