Reva Hollins

Reva Ilene Hollins, 74, born on August 7th, 1939 in Bud, WV to Shelvy and Versie Lusk, went to see her heavenly father on December 13, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.

Reva is preceded in death by parents; granddaughter, Rebecca A. Seitz; and twin great granddaughters.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Thomas Hollins; daughter, Mericia (Michael) Seitz; sons, Gregg Hollins and Don Hollins; grandchildren, Katie, Kyle and Amanda; step grandchildren, Favion, Tyler, Austin, Timothy, Benjamin and Noah; future great granddaughter, Vivian Reva Rose; and siblings Norma Jean, Janet and Belinda.

Reva graduated from Herndon High School. She was a secretary as an occupation, but to all that knew her, she was "a teacher of life". Reva was a great listener, and strangers would share their whole life story as soon as they met her. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, soon to be great grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be from 9-11am, Thursday, December 19, 2013 followed by funeral services at 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, OH 43231 with the committal service at Northlawn Memory Gardens immediately following.
