Rhaoul I.M. Carter

Rhaoul I.M. Carter, age 39, of Grove City, OH, passed away on August 8, 2016. He was born on March 23, 1977 in Guyana, South America. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11am, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Heritage Free Will Baptist Church, 575 Obetz Road, Columbus, OH 43207.

Rhaoul was fun loving and kind hearted with a heart of gold. He treated everyone equally. Rhaoul was a hard worker and dedicated. He loved traveling and spending time with his friends at the beach. He enjoyed playing basketball and football with his friends. Rhaoul is definitely in Heaven where he will teach other angels to have a tender loving heart, just like him.

He upheld a positive attitude regardless of the situation. He was always a strong and determined fighter. May your soul rest in peace, my loving son Rhaoul.
Surviving family includes wife, Stephanie Carter, parents, Reginald I. Carter and Camille (Hazell) Hockenberry, children, Keanu Williams, Corey Carter, Natalie Carter, step-son, Braylon Gussler, brothers, Carlos Andre Carter, Ibraheem Elgallad, Noor Elgallad. He was preceded in death by his grandparants, Clement A. Hazell and Grace M. Hazell.
