Richard D. Marsh
October 5, 1924 — April 15, 2014
Richard D. Marsh, 89, Columbus, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014, with his wife at his side. Dick was born in Detroit, MI to the late Joseph W. and Nellie (Cody) Marsh but was raised by his loving aunt Hazel and uncle Ralph in Portsmouth, OH. He is preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Dick is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Lou (Lay) Marsh; brother, William (Corinne) Marsh of MI; children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; little canine companion, "Peaches"; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Dick served in the US Army during WWII.
A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014, 11:30 AM at Glen Rest Memorial Estates, 8029 Main Street, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
