Richard E. Lay 54 formerly of Columbus passed on Monday February 9, 2015 in Allen Park, Michigan. He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan to George & Wilma Lay who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by a brother Carl. Survivors include children Brandon, Justin, Chelsea Lay and their mother Lisa, 1 brother Gary.
