Richard E. Lay 54 formerly of Columbus passed on Monday February 9, 2015 in Allen Park, Michigan. He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan to George & Wilma Lay who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by a brother Carl. Survivors include children Brandon, Justin, Chelsea Lay and their mother Lisa, 1 brother Gary.
Visitation will be held Monday February 16, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW 3393 Broadway Grove City, OH from 2 to 8PM, with a funeral service at 6PM. In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to www.gofundme.com/mbncis to help with final expenses.
