Richard Jacob Johnson, infant son to Candice Chandler and Elijah Johnson, passed away on December 19, 2015.
Other family includes siblings, Elijah Jr., Terrance Johnson, grandparents, April Chandler, Claude Chandler, Manuel Velazquez, Mary Garten, Norris Johnson and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Richard was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Tammy Velazquez and Terry Johnson.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:30pm, Monday, December 28, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 1:30pm. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
