Richard J. Markham, 71, of Logan, passed away January 31, 2019.
Richard was born June 8, 1947 to John and Mary (Jackson) Markham.
He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Richard loved to go fishing and watch TV.
He was married to Carmen for 50 years.
Richard will be deeply missed by his wife; children Rink Hall and Dwayne Markham; grandchildren Jeff and McKinzy and one great-grandchild; sisters Debbie and Karen along with many other family and friends.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Visitation will be Monday, February 4, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus.
Funeral services will follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
The family will accept flowers or in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Newcomer to assist the family with funeral costs.
