In loving memory of Richard E. Muncie was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 17, 1949 passed away on February 19, 2017.
He graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1968. He was a U.S. Marine and served in Vietnam from 1968 to 1969. Richard was a hard worker, the kindest and had the most loving heart. He was an honorable and the most loving brother, husband, father, and grandfather.
Richard is preceded in death by his father, Edward Muncie; mother, Bessie Smith; brother, Albert Muncie; sisters, Mary Muncie and Margie Bennett; wife, Joyce Daniels, and son, Richard Jr. Muncie.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Muncie of 41 years; children, Christina 45 (Rodney) Balzer, Richard, Jr. "Ricky" 40 (Kim) Muncie, Ronald "Ron" Muncie 39 (Ann Chapman) and Mikaela Long 7; grandchildren, John, Edward and Flying Ryan Muncie; sister, Jackie Stuckey; brother, Roger Muncie and many nieces, nephews and friends.
He will be greatly missed and loved by all. No showing or service per his request.
