He was preceded in death by mother, Anna Mae Oliver; father, Richard R. Oliver Sr.; son, Michael Carter; nephews, Rusty and Joshua Oliver; sisters, Linda Maynard and Donna Rodriguez.
Rusty is survived by wife, Amy Oliver; children, Ashley, Christa, Sierra, Andy, and Emily; siblings, David, Geneva, Barb, Brenda, and Sandy; grandchildren, Kayah, Anthony, Jasmine, Jonah, Jaden, and Mateo; several nieces and nephews; other family and friends.
Visitation Friday, August 17, 2018 from 6-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 10:30am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
