Rick Hedges, 63 of Columbus, OH, passed away at The James Cancer Hospital on October 25, 2016. Born on January 28, 1953 to the late Wendell and Eileen (Dinan) Hedges in Columbus, OH. Survived by wife of 21 years Shirley (Westendorf) Hedges, daughter Katlin Hedges, sister Beverlie (David) Griest and brother Tim (Sue) Hedges, many nieces, nephews and brother-in-law Roscoe Buttry. Preceded in death by sister Melanie Hedges-Buttry.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 5pm until time of service at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The James Cancer Hospital, 300 W. 10th Ave., Columbus, OH 43210.
