Rick "Pappy" Knapp, 59 of Columbus, passed away suddenly on November 2, 2014. Born on March 13, 1955 to YuVonne and Albert N. Knapp, Sr. in Columbus, Ohio. Graduated from Marion Franklin High School in 1973. Survived by wife of 37 years Deborah (Keefer) Knapp, daughter Deanna (Jeremy) Vance, grandchildren Kaylee and Landan Vance, siblings Sheila (John) Young, Albert (Dolly) Knapp Jr. and Rod (Amy) Knapp Sr., numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Friday, November 7, 2014 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm.
Funeral service on Saturday at 10:30am at the funeral home with Dr. Doyne Wiggins officiating.
Burial to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
