He was born in Williamson, West Virginia on January 2, 1965 to George and Hazel (Muncy) Kitchen.
He is preceded in death by his father, George Kitchen.
Surviving family includes his loving mother, Hazel Kitchen; daughter, Stephany (Philip) Roseberry and Jessie Kitchen.
Ricky was an avid fan of Dale Earnhardt and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
