Rita Ann Williams, age 94, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2023.
She was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late John Wilkes and Marcella (McCarthy) Wilkes on October 15, 1929. She is preceded in death by her parents; as well as her uncle, Lester R. McCarthy; and husband, Alfred Williams.
She is survived by her Daughter, Jada (Charles) M. Scott-Sanders; Grandson, Anthony (Nikki) Scott; Granddaughter, Maria Scott; step grandson, Charles (Jamie) R. Sanders; Great Grandchildren, Trashown Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Champagne Scott, Arrman Scott, Jalen Scott, Giovanni Scott, Jamari Scott, Caleb Sanders, Christopher Sanders, Kyla Sanders; Nephew, James (Lisa) Rogers; Niece, Gilda Johnson; as well as a host of good friends.
She will be deeply missed by all.
