Robert E. Carr, 73, Columbus, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016. Bob was born in Alpena, MI on May 7, 1943, to Eugene and Kathleen (Conley) Carr and is preceded in death by his father and his wife, Vicky (Mettler) Carr.
He is survived by his daughters, Amy Macklin and Sarah (Rob) Carr; granddaughters, Julia and Lauren; mother, Kathleen Carr; 4 sisters and 4 brothers; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on September 10, 2016, 3 PM with visitation 1 hr prior at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231.
He is survived by his daughters, Amy Macklin and Sarah (Rob) Carr; granddaughters, Julia and Lauren; mother, Kathleen Carr; 4 sisters and 4 brothers; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
