Robert E. Karnes, Sr. age 84, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016. He was born in West Virginia on May 6, 1932 to the late Everett and Gertrude Karnes.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Karnes; children, Deborah Smith, Robert Karnes, Jr., Ron Karnes, Ronald Karnes (Deborah Yasko), Bryant (Jenny) Karnes; grandchildren, David LeMaster, Justin Karnes, Kyle (Christie) Karnes, Amber (Dustin) Rupp, Stephanie Karnes, Brandon Karnes, Josh (Rebecca) Karnes and Rachel Karnes; great-grandson, Brandon LeMaster.
Family will receive friends from 5-7 pm, Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, S.W., 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
