Robert Alan Hartley, 65, passed away May 12, 2021.
He was preceded in death by parents, Herbert and Patricia Hartley.
Bobby is survived by brothers, William (Pauline) and Edward Hartley; niece, Carrie-Ann Lavoie; nephew, Christopher Hartley; life long partner, Lucy Shelby; goddaughter, Deborah Bloomingburg; many cousins and friends in Oregon, Rhode Island, and Ohio.
Bobby was a great entertainer, musician, and lover of life. He always made a lasting impression on all the hearts he touched. Bobby will be greatly missed.
No public funeral services, however there will be a Celebration of Life Block Party on June 5th at Village Park.
