Robert Harold "Bob" Havreberg, 62, of Columbus, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 at his residence.
He was born May 28, 1952 in East Cleveland.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Karen Keener Havreberg; mother, Elisabeth Sill Celizic; sons, Eiche Harold Havreberg, Erik Edward Havreberg and Christopher Robert (Kasandra) Havreberg; daughters, Rachel Elisabeth (Joseph Silko) Havreberg and Rebecca Sue Havreberg; sisters, Gretchen (James) Bernhardt and Patrice Havreberg; grandchildren, Kierstin Havreberg, Brandon Havreberg, Marin Havreberg and Allison Rose Havreberg.
He served in the Air Force during Vietnam. Bob worked for the Boy Scouts for many years as an In School Scouting Instructor, a Neighborhood Scouting Coordinator, and a Leave-No-Trace instructor.
Bob also enjoyed playing the guitar, bicycling, canoeing, camping and most of all, the outdoors. Bob was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ralph Havreberg.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.

Bob had an incredible presence and sense of humor. His family was #1 to him and he will be dearly missed by those who had the fortune to have known him, including his beloved cat, Clancy.
