Robert L. Rickert, 84, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at the Heartland of Marysville.
He was born February 28, 1929 in Troy, N.Y., son of the late Robert and Dorothy Munson Rickert.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Rickert.
He is survived by his daughter, Holly (Scot) Draughn; son, Mark Rickert; brothers, Gerald (Lois) Rickert and Doug Rickert; granddaughters, Marissa, Kirstin, Erica and Michelle; step granddaughter, Emma; son-in-law, Chris Angellatta.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
