Robert E. Scholl, 88, of Columbus, passed away August 31, 2019.
Robert was born March 30, 1931 to Edwin and Dorothy (Strapp) Scholl.
He was married to Barbara Lathrope for 66 years.

; 7 grandchildren
; 7 great-grandchildren
Robert was preceded in death by his parents and son Richard.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus with a Rosary Service to follow at 4pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, September 9, 2019 at 9:30am at St. James the Less Catholic Church 1628 Oakland Park Ave. Columbus, OH 43224.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, where military rites will be held.
