Robert Lee Slark Jr

The family of Robert Lee Slark, Jr. announces his passing on April 2, 2025, at the age of 69. Robert was born on March 6, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio. 

He was the oldest of six children and was known for his strong work ethic throughout his life. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Stephanie Moloy Slark; his stepson, Eric Hurst; his parents, Robert and Betty Slark Sr.; and his brother, Christopher Slark. 

He is survived by his children: Jennifer Chalfan of Columbus, OH; Joseph (Shelly) Slark of Columbus, OH; Jessica (Jason) Gibbs of Columbus, OH; Joshua Slark of Marysville, OH; and Savannah (Shawn) Tirey of Springfield, OH. 

He is also survived by his siblings: Lorena Lowry of Orlando, FL; Teresa (David) Silverglade of Delaware, OH; Richard Slark of Springfield, OH; and Thomas (Rhonda) Slark of Circleville, OH. 

Robert will be remembered by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and his sister-in-law, Marcia Moloy of Galveston, TX. 

A private celebration of life will be held at a time of convenience for the family, where memories will be shared and his life quietly honored.
