Robert Alan Wiggall died suddenly and peacefully on March 8, 2015. Rob was born on January 18, 1962 in Rochester, NY. He graduated from Greece Arcadia High School. He attended the College of Wooster, where he was happily involved in the theater department on both the performing and technical sides. He also met his wife Beth at Wooster. After graduation, they moved to Columbus, OH for Beth's teaching job. They were married on June 28, 1986.
The happiest events of Rob's life were the births of Evan on November 5, 1991 and Alison on October 13, 1993. Through the years, Rob worked many jobs, at all of which he excelled. He finally found his calling working with children at East Franklin Elementary School where "Mr. Wiggy" was beloved by all. He positively impacted the lives of thousands of children.
Rob was preceded in death by his grandparents Wiggall, Miller and Morris, his father-in-law Charles Novak and his beloved brother Christopher Morris.
He is survived by his parents, Bob (Diane) Morris, Connie (Bob) Peters and David (Donna) Wiggall, mother-in-law Sally Novak, wife, Beth, son Evan, daughter Alison, girlfriend Beth Sandusky, brothers David (Julie) Wiggall Jr., Kevin Wiggall, sisters Sarah (Ben) Warner and Liz Morris, brother-in-law Stephen (Lynn) Novak, sister-in-law Sandy (David) Cohen, nephews Zach, Ryan, Nick, Michael, and Gus. Nieces Melanie, Lianna and Faye. He is also deeply missed by dearest friends Scott Paynter, Paul Burchard, Lynda Howard and her sons Nick, Jarrod and Kyle, and countless friends who meant the world to Rob.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, March 21st at 3p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 4227 Broadway, Grove City, with a meal to follow in the Fellowship Hall.
Family and friends are encouraged to share brief memories of Rob during the service. Those who wish to raise a glass to Rob's memory will meet at Station House 81, 11 Front Street in Commercial Point following activities at the church. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Capital Area Humane Society. A scholarship in Rob's name will be given to a former East Franklin student.
