Ronald H. Schwind, 71, passed away May 16, 2018.
He was preceded in death by mother, Lola A. (Laughrey) Schwind; father, George M. Schwind; seven brothers and sisters, Glenna J. (Kimbrough) McGuirk, Royetta A. (Kimbrough) Lewis, Lyda (Schwind) Webb, Christine (Schwind) Shively, Katherine (Schwind) Busic, Elmer A. Schwind, and Harry G. Schwind; granddaughter, Emma Schwind.
Ron is survived by wife of 48 years, Rita; children, Tami Lemke, Ron Schwind, Jared Schwind, Nathan (Andrea) Schwind, Christopher Schwind, Ashley (Steven) Ellison, Brian (Trisha) Schwind, Anna Schwind, Samuel Schwind, Jonathan Schwind, and Hannah Schwind; brother, Donald E. Schwind; grandchildren, Heather, Hope, Gabriel, Matthew, Grace, Eden, Selah, and Jeremy; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Ron enjoyed attending air shows and building models, supporting and providing for his family. He was an avid photographer. Ron worked for Hilliard City Schools for over 20 years. Ron professed his faith in Christ, and desired that his children walked with the Lord. He will be missed dearly by his family, until united one day again in glory.
Visitation Monday, May 21, 2018 from 6-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 11am at the Funeral Home.
Ron's ashes will be buried with his family at a later time at Blendon Central Cemetery in Westerville, OH.
Ron continued to give upon his death as an organ and tissue donor.
Donations may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home to assist the family during this difficult time.
