Ronald A. Sherman, born October 7, 1938 in Union, Ohio to Kindrick and Maude (Owens) Sherman. Died August 6, 2016 in Columbus, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette; parents; brothers, Deanie and Butch Sherman; sisters, Brenda Gordon, Kay DePriest and Linda Sherman.
Ron is survived by grandchildren, Jennifer and Roger List; great-grandchildren, Maverick, Joselin and Marin; sister, Vicki Murphy; sister-in-law, Alice and Paul Parker; brother-in-law, Mike Melfi. Ron is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will miss him deeply.
Ron was a member of the Local 683 Electrical Union.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. A funeral will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 10 AM also at Newcomer Funeral Home. Burial will follow immediately after the funeral at Pleasant Cemetery, 14220 Era Road, Mt. Sterling, OH.
