Ronald William Starkey, 85 passed away September 29, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Ray Starkey and Ina Starkey; wife, Elsa Starkey; one sister, Dottie; two brothers, Donald and Clarence "Junior."
Ronald is survived by children, Linda Duncan, Robert Starkey, and Christine Kelly; grandchildren, Steven Duncan, James Tyler Kelly, Heather Starkey, and Brittney Starkey; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Ronald retired from the United States Army.
No public services to be held.
