Rose Mary Hatfield

Rose Mary Hatfield, 76, of Columbus, Ohio passed away April 17, 2016. Rose was born on June 5, 1939, in Williamson, West Virginia to the late Gladys (Staton) Slack and Reginald Runyon. She is preceded in death by her husband, Auldie Gene Hatfield and her son Gregory Hatfield; brothers, Bob, Bill, Jimmy Dale, Harry Lee Runyon; sister, Betty Crigger.

She is survived by daughter, Tammy (Jim) French; son, Christopher Hatfield; sister, Rita Grimm; grandchildren, Hannah Maynard, Adam Jamison, Jimmy French, Brianna Hatfield; great-grandchildren, Carter Gene and Lillian Grace Maynard; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

Rose worked at Doctors Hospital North and Mount Carmel West for many years and was currently working at McDonalds, which she enjoyed immensely.

Family and friends will gather on Friday, April 22, 2016, 11 AM – 1PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, with the Funeral Service at 1PM.

Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
