Rosella J. Washington, 78, passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Brutus and Minnie (Foster) Howard on March 16, 1928, in Columbus, OH, Rosella is preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Survivors include her husband, Lewis, of 54 years; son, Arthur (Phyllis) Jackson; 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2007, at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin-Grandville Road, Columbus, OH with visitation one hour prior to the service.
