Roy Hall of Raceland, Kentucky passed away July 3, 2023. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Roy and Cassie Hall (Bailey.) He is preceded in death by siblings, Goldie Romo, Helen Taylor, Connie Hall, Marvin Hall and niece, Tammy Pickens.
He is survived by beloved partner, Jan Poston, sisters, Lucille Holbrook, Sharon Jesse, and brother Andy Hall.
He loved watching old cowboy shows and cars, especially race cars.
