Russell Joe Burnett, 62, passed away on December 31, 2013 in Columbus, OH. He was born on September 18, 1951 in Hatfield, KY to Jeff and Moddie Burnett.
Russell is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Maddie; and brother, Paul Burnett.
He is survived by his loving wife Marcy Burnett; children, Dana, Della, Cindy (Tommy), Bobby, Kathy, Joey (Staci), and Miranda; 19 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ralph; special friends David and Tina Whiting; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation for Russell will be on Monday, January 6, 2014 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, OH 43231 followed by his funeral service at 1:00pm. Russell will be laid to rest at Fairview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Burnett family to support them in their time of loss.
