Russell was one of six children born to his parents, the late Georgia (James) and Ira Webb. Russell was a member of the United States Army and retired from Nation Electric Coil (O.S. He enjoyed sharing stories from his childhood and the memories he made throughout his life. His favorite hobbies were spending time at Scioto Downs, thrift store shopping, watching westerns or working around the house. Russell leaves behind four children, daughter Brenda (Lewis) Leasure, and sons, David Webb, Jimmy (Katie) Webb and Robert (Cynthia) Webb. Extended family includes his sister, Myrtle Fee, Danny (Hollie) Leasure and Jenifer Leasure. Russell's family includes eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, his cat Mittens, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Russell is preceded in death by his sister, Ruby (Webb) Perdue, his granddaughter Sabrina Webb and his three brothers, George (Kenny) Webb, Vincent (Doug) Webb and Jasper (William) Webb.
A celebration of Russell's life will be held at a late date.
