Ruth Ames, 84, passed away April 3, 2014. She was born in Coshocton, OH on October 13, 1929. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph A. Ames and parents, Carl and Mary McCoy.
Surviving family includes, children,Ralph E. (Cheryl) Ames, Michael L. (Teresa) Ames, Randy A. (Sylvia) Ames, grandchildren, Eric (Deb), Kristy (Matt), Stacy (Donavin), Brent (Michelle), Matthew (Ashley), Allison (Matt), great-grandchildren, Darien, Jonathan, Michaela, Kyle, Braylyn, Kelsey, Alex, Nathan, Taylor.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Monday, April 7, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30am, Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Grove City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
