Ruth Anne Steele

Ruth Anne Steele, 83, of Gahanna, passed away September 9, 2025 at home. Born January 9, 1942 in Athens, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Wesley and Ellen Lucille Carsey. Ruth loved her family and friends, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed sharing her faith in the Lord, gardening as well as cheering for the Buckeyes and Browns. She is survived by daughters Julia (Nathan) Burnett; Kristina (Tim) Mulligan; and son Charles “Chuck” Post (Ali); 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; siblings Barney and Harry “Dave” Carsey; and many other relatives.
