Sally Ann Hammond

Sally Ann Hammond, age 85, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday, May 31, 2026. She was born on April 25, 1941 to the late Hanson H. and Regina M. (Byerly) Waugh in Columbus, OH. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years Larry E. Hammond, sister Linda Williams, brothers Phil and John Waugh. Sally is survived by children, Kim (Doug) McDaniel, Mark (Barb) Hammond, and Kelly (Daniel) Rizzonelli; grandchildren, Zack McDaniel, Jeremy (Mani) McDaniel, Jessica (Jason) Lambie, and Anthony (Emily) Rizzonelli; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Lola, Collin, and Kingston McDaniel, Grayson and Elsie Lambie; siblings David (Diana) Waugh, Dennis (Susie) Waugh, Randy (Susie) Waugh and Jeff Waugh; sister-in-law Sandy Bethel; long time family friend Dave Gilkerson; and many nieces, nephews and special friends.
