Born on March 14, 1947, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Sam lived a full and meaningful life marked by devotion to family, a passion for music, and a deep commitment to service.

Sam was also a member of the American Legion Post 532, Grove City, where he served on the Honor Guard.
