Sandra "Sandi"(Fannin) Golden, 55, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on October 18, 1959, in Columbus, to Larry and Norma Fannin.
Sandi was a 1978 graduate of Northland High School. She was a dedicated employee of the family business, Nu Look Fashions. Sandi was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Parish. She loved her down home roots in Kentucky and fondly enjoyed listening to bluegrass music. She had an infectious laugh and was called "Mom" by many. Sandi was a very caring and generous person. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Sandi is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Andrew Martin; son, Casey "Frank" Golden; her parents, Larry and Norma Fannin; brother, Michael Fannin; and beloved dog family, Gracie, Lola, and Bailey.
A funeral service will be held at 6pm on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4-6pm.
