Sandy Horton, 69, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at O.S.U. Medical Center.
She was born August 19, 1946 in Chillicothe.
Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Isaac Frank Horton.
She is survived by her mother, Ruth Alma Click Horton; brother, Franklin L. (Connie) Horton; and an extended host of cousins, aunts, uncles and church family.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Blendon Central Cemetery, 6340 Hempstead Rd. Westerville in the Chapel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Christian Life Church Academy, 425 N. Spring Rd. Westerville, OH 43082.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
