Sandra "Sandy" Lee Warner, 58, of Grove City, OH, passed away October 21, 2013. Sandy was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was full of life and always had a bubbly personality with an adventurous spirit. She was born on May 30, 1955.
She is preceded in death by her son, Rick Leavitt, father, Jack Smales, sister, Janet Moore.
Surviving family includes, husband, Roderick, mother, Loretta (Stan) Mayle, children, Chuck (Heather) Leavitt, Tammy (Darren) Rigel, grandchildren, Tyler and Chaz Leavitt, Carli and Casey Rigel, nephew, Kenny Moore, niece, Lori Moore and her children Michael and Bo, brothers, Jack and Wayne Smales and many other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Friday, October 25, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Memorial donations may be directed to HomeReach Hospice.
